Return and Refund
We encourage all customers who purchase medicines from our portal to read the return and refund policy once. It will give them an overview of some of the policies incorporated into our portal. This will prevent confusion and harassment for both the customer and us in the future.
You can go through the following points-
Order confirmation
- We will send you an email confirming your order details, including the price and specifications of the medicines.
- You will then need to process the order and make the payment online. We will send you a confirmation message once your order has been successfully placed.
- Should we not place your or a partial order due to stock being sold out of our inventory, we will mention that in the final acknowledgment bill.
Confirmation of shipping dispatch
- You can track orders on our portal once the payment process is complete after your order has been placed. When we are about to ship your order, we will send you an email confirmation.
- It typically takes 24 to 48 hours after you place the final order on our portal and after you have made the payment.
- The shipment bill or invoice will contain the invoice number, shipping information, and tracking number. We will describe all procedures in a step-by-step manner. Do not hesitate to get in touch with our helpline if you have any difficulty understanding.
Knowing the customs
Delay at the customs department is beyond our control. When you are ordering it is your duty to ensure and find out whether your ordered medicines are approved for intake in your country or region. Despite of this even if your package is held at the customs department you may have to get in touch with them and find a solution to free up your package.
Your package is on its way
In the case of international orders, we need more time to process them. It generally does not take more than two to three weeks for the final order to be posted on our portal.
You should be aware that there will be a customs check that could cause a delay. If the package has not been delivered after 14 days, please contact us.
The reshipping of lost orders
Generally, we do not face such scenarios, but predicting what will occur tomorrow is impossible. If a package is lost at our end during transit, we will generally reship the order or refund the customer.
Taxes and customs duties are the only costs the customer bears. For all local and international orders, contact our helpline if your package has not arrived after 21 days.
Policy on returns and refunds
- Any time the customer receives a shipment with a broken or tampered seal, the customer must report it within seven days of receiving the shipment.
- If you place a refund or return order within seven days, we will arrange for a reshipment and pickup of the damaged product.
- We only accept returns or refunds after 7 days of receiving the order.
